If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately cease using the ck 3444 platform. ck 3444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 1 General Terms of Use
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck 3444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the ck 3444 website, all subdomains thereof, and any associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, payment services, and customer support.
ck 3444 operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform. Access to and use of the platform is provided subject to your full compliance with this Agreement. ck 3444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time without prior notice, and will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, with escalation to formal dispute resolution procedures if necessary. The language of this Agreement is English, and the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.
1.1 Platform Scope
ck 3444 provides access to the following services: sports betting (including cricket, BPL, IPL, T20, football, kabaddi, and other markets); online casino games (slots, table games, live dealer tables, and crash games); account management tools including deposit, withdrawal, transaction history, and responsible gaming controls; and customer support services accessible via email at [email protected].
1.2 Platform Language
The official language of the ck 3444 platform is English. All communications between the platform and users, including this Agreement, promotional terms, account notifications, and support correspondence, are conducted in English. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have sufficient understanding of English to comprehend the terms and conditions applicable to their account and any promotions they accept.
1.3 Amendments to These Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to ck 3444 and all associated services is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ck 3444 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 18. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not permitted to use ck 3444.
- Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on ck 3444. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed voluntarily through ck 3444's responsible gaming tools or through any other means — at the time of registration or subsequent login.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
2.1 Age Verification
ck 3444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification showing date of birth. Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.
2.2 Underage Access Prevention
If ck 3444 has reason to believe that a registered account is being used by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, that account will be immediately suspended. All funds in the account will be held pending investigation. ck 3444 strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control tools and internet filtering software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of ck 3444 services, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a unique username, a password meeting ck 3444's security requirements, your date of birth, and a valid mobile number. You may also be asked to provide your city of residence within Bangladesh (e.g., Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar) for account localisation purposes.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
ck 3444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at ck 3444's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal rights or, in persistent cases of non-compliance, permanent account closure.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ck 3444 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify ck 3444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ck 3444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual person may register and operate only one account on ck 3444. If ck 3444 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifying factor — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. The opening of duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses is considered fraud and will be treated accordingly.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ck 3444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ck 3444 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on ck 3444 is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to the payment method's own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ck 3444 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 5 business days while verification is completed. ck 3444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
4.3 Funds Security
Player funds are held separately from ck 3444's operational funds. Your account balance is not used to fund platform operations. In the event of any technical or operational dispute regarding a transaction, ck 3444's transaction logs constitute the authoritative record of all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
ck 3444 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. ck 3444 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where there is reasonable suspicion of financial crime. Depositing funds with no intention of genuine gambling activity, or making deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without meaningful gameplay, is a violation of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
ck 3444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cricket-season enhanced odds promotions, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events in the Bangladesh calendar (such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh).
5.1 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Specific eligibility criteria apply to each promotion and are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. As a general rule, welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Existing players may claim reload and seasonal bonuses subject to the specific terms of each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by ck 3444 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
ck 3444 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts; placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets specifically to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine play. ck 3444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 Promotional Changes
ck 3444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rights to a bonus that has not yet been claimed will be extinguished if the promotion is withdrawn. The terms of an active bonus already credited to your account will not be changed to your detriment during the active wagering period.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of ck 3444, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with this Agreement, all applicable laws, and the standards of fair play that govern the gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck 3444:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Registering or operating more than one account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by ck 3444.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer table games.
- Using the platform in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other means of geographic obfuscation.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ck 3444 staff or other users via any communication channel.
- Attempting to claim a bonus or promotion for which you are not eligible.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected. ck 3444's determination of whether conduct constitutes a violation of this section is final.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
ck 3444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ck 3444 reasonably believes that a violation of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected, or where closure is required in compliance with ck 3444's responsible gaming obligations.
7.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may request the permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting ck 3444 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ck 3444 will process any remaining eligible balance back to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding investigation being in progress. Accounts closed voluntarily may not be reopened within 30 days of closure.
7.2 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who request self-exclusion through ck 3444's responsible gaming tools will have their account locked for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen. Self-exclusion periods are not reversible before the chosen end date. During a self-exclusion period, ck 3444 will take reasonable steps to prevent the affected player from opening new accounts on the platform.
7.3 Closure Due to Breach
Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of this Agreement, ck 3444 reserves the right to retain any or all of the balance in the account to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred by ck 3444 as a result of the breach. The player will be notified of the closure and the reasons for it, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation or is otherwise prohibited by law.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck 3444 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
8.1 Platform Availability
ck 3444 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. ck 3444 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime, and any bets or game sessions interrupted by technical failure will be handled in accordance with ck 3444's technical dispute resolution policy.
8.2 Third-Party Content
The games available on ck 3444 are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ck 3444 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game content. Any technical dispute relating to a specific game outcome should be raised first with ck 3444 support, which will escalate to the relevant game provider where necessary.
8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ck 3444 and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
